おわりに本研究では,精子膜タンパク質に着目することで受精の必須ステップである透明帯通過の分子機構の一端を解明することができた.今後も,ゲノム編集動物を用いて生殖関連タンパク質の同定と小分子化合物を組み合わせることで,ヒトを含む様々な動物種を対象にした生殖能力の可逆的コントロールを目指して研究開発していきたい.謝 辞本研究遂行に際して,貴財団特別研究助成金 SRG2022 のご支援を賜り,大変有意義な研究活動を実施できたことに深謝いたします.また,弊部研究室員および共同研究者,そしてご指導いただいた先生方に改めて御礼申し上げます.引用文献1.
