Change of MFR:LVEF<30%The patient presented in Figure 3 represents the first case of iPS cell-derived cardiac sphere transplantation, demonstrating not only improved myocardial tracer uptake but also a marked increase in MFR, reaching values within the normal range (pre: 1.35, post: 2.11). Furthermore, a significant reduction in LV volume was observed, highlighting the beneficial effects of iPS cell-derived cardiac sphere transplantation, as visualized by NH3-PET.
